Mallol Design House is Opening a New Chapter in Bella Vista, Panama

The Mallol Arquitectos office building is in the vibrant and strategically positioned district of Bella Vista. Its designers created it with the intention of displaying a foundational spirit that complements the surrounding environment of Calle Uruguay. This area continues to experience a dynamic transformation of its spaces for various uses.

In a time like ours, where challenges are constantly competing with changes, architecture plays a significant role in the success of these transformations because it connects us to a way of living and experiencing space as a personal journey,” architect Ignacio Mallol Azcárraga, CEO of Mallol Arquitectos emphasized.

Prestigious Companies All Under One Roof

Several prestigious brands will have spaces on the ground floor of Mallol Design House. Notably, it will host Mangle, a cocktail bar and gastronomy space that opened in 2021. Beyond that, you’ll have Sisu Coffee Studio by Lamastus Family Estates, a space dedicated to showcasing Panama’s specialty coffee. It will also be home to Domo, which brings together design brands such as Arquiluz, Eurostone, FDCenter, and La Esquina. You’ll also find global boutique real estate firm The Agency and Legrand, an electrical and digital building infrastructure leader.

“Since the construction of Mallol Design House (MDH), its design was intended not only to house our offices for interdisciplinary and team-oriented architectural work but also to bring life to the surroundings, including in its ground floor some offices, commercial spaces, and companies that can create synergy with our firm,” concluded the CEO of Mallol Arquitectos.
